Oct. 9: Proud mama

This afternoon as we drove through a skanky part of town, Katie piped up from the back seat with this little gem: “If I were president I would give money to poor people so they don’t have to live outside and beg for money and food.” That’s my bleeding heart liberal girl! Maybe it’s a good thing Grandpa Rush Curt didn’t live long enough to see his only granddaughter form political views… they probably would’ve killed him.
