Casey has been standing at the vent below our kitchen sink for the past hour.
She’s shaking a lot, but since the A/C is blowing she’s probably cold. It seems like if there were a critter in there, she’d be making some noise, maybe scratching around. But she’s not barking or whining at all; she’s just standing there, looking. So whatever she thinks is in there couldn’t possibly be dangerous, right? Right?
The last time my dog stood looking at something for that long, a huge reptilian creature came up through the toilet during the night. I'm sure it's nothing tho.
ReplyDeleteI dropped a slice of cucumber in front of the rental dog yesterday. She sat and looked at it for at least ten minutes until I finally picked it up. She didn't try to sniff it or otherwise test it's foodiness do maybe she couldn't smell it. It was disconcerting and made me feel really uncomfortable.
