Jun. 3: Fun with Star Wars

I was going to start this post by saying I was too embarrassed to admit what blog I subscribe to in which I found these first few videos, but I think it’s obvious. Let’s just say I do it for my son, a very big Star Wars fan. Occasionally I find things—like these videos—that mean absolutely nothing to him, but that Victor and I find awesome. That video of the kid singing Star Wars lines to a bunch of John Williams scores is a good example. As for the videos below, you can decide their awesomeness for yourself.

Han Solo, P.I. (mashup of Magnum, P.I. theme music to SW footage):

The same thing, but shown side-by-side the Magnum, P.I. intro to show similarity of scenes. Pretty good job.

Star Wars, re-imagined as the opening to Dallas:

Triumph, the Insult Comic Dog, chats up some Star Wars fans. This thing is hilarious. Watch for a Spock cameo:

I’ve posted this before; it’s a Lego movie set to a comic routine by Eddie Izzard. Potty language warning, but very, very funny:
